What will be required with the admission form:

• Two copies of passport size photograph of the student. 
• Two copies of passport size photographs of the student's father and mother. 
• Student's birth certificate (photocopy).  
• Photo copy of National Identity Card of the student's father and mother. 
• Certificate or clearance from previous institution (if applicable)
